'Potency Homoeopathy' & 'Put: Ayurveda':
0. The 'Potency' of a Homeo-Medicine: Shows "The less is more Powerful",
the same as "A lean air: fuel ratio is highly explosive." or "The less is more".
The 'potency' of a Homeo-Medicine is depicted by X, C, M, which shows the 'Power' and not the concentration in mg or IUs or micro-gram for Vitamins of 'Allpathic medicines'.
But what does do High Potency 30C, 200C, 10M, or Low Potency: 3X, 6X, 12X, 30X mean?
X means 'A substance is diluted in a ratio of 1 : 10 and then succussed (shaking)'
C means 'A substance is diluted in a ratio of 1 : 100 and then succussed (shaking)'
6X means the active ingradient is diluted in the ratio 1: 106 and then succussed (shaking)'
> "The number indicates: 'the number of times an active substance has been both diluted and agitated' or 'succussed'.
"To make a '200C' Potency Homeo-Medicine of 'abc'": Processes:
1. One drop of 'abc solution' is taken, called 'mother tincture' in which 100 drops of water (a 20% solution of ethyl alcohol: which acts as preservative) is added.
> The above dilution is 'succussed' once producing a 1C potency.
Containing 1/100 of 'abc'.
2. The above process is repeated, mixing 1 drop of 1C with 100 drop of the solution, which after being 'succussed', yields a 2C Potency.
Containing 1/1002 of active ingradient.
3. After 200 cycles of dilution and Sucussion, a 200C Potency of 'active ingradient' sollution is produced; which may be dropped on 'milk-sugar pellets' to serve.
Containing 1/100200 of active ingradient.
M is 1000 > 1M means: the cycle has been repeated 1000 times.
10M > High Potency where 'dilution' and 'sucussion' is repeated 10 000 times.
50M and CM Potency remedies medicines are also available.
*** A higher 'Potency' remedy acts not as a chemical, but as an 'informational' field.
The repeatative dilution and sucussion re-patterns the molecules of the diluent.
The pattern changes depending on the nature of the substance and carries the nature of the substance.
>>> Different Doctors attack differently for prescribing a Remedy:
Normally one should start with low Potency say 30X, which acts sharp, but the retentivity period of the cure is less.
Then high potency of the same remedy is used so that the suffering is eliminated for long.
Moreover lower Potency works for a wider symptoms. But repeated dosing is required.
>> Higher Potency is to be prescribed by well qualified, and experienced medical professional.
>>> Homoeopathy and Ayurveda:
Sanatanarya Dr Hahnemann found 'Potency', which is similar to making 'puts' for preparation of 'Rasas' and 'Bhasmas' of Ayurvedic Medicines since 1000s of years in India, Nepal, Bangladesh.
The greatness of Dr Hahnemann was: he incresed the Potency in liquid solution which is very easy, efficient, inexpensive compared to what Rishis did 1000s years ago for making Rasas, Rasayans, Bhasmas by providing 'Puts' under the specified fire. e.g. Gold Bhasma is made after '120 Puts', after each Put, the ingradient is washed in a specified manner to increase the 'Potency'.
As preparation of Bhasmas involve use of Fire, cooling, washing with 'Kantakaari' etc each of which involves lot of time, and money.
Thus, Sanatanarya Dr Hahnemann's work is nice extension of the work of Rishis for the good of the Humanity in paricular and animals in generals.

12. Curing High BP: by EMS.
* By Homoeopathy.
Once cured by Homoeo - treatment, no more Medication for Next 1 to 3 years.
* By MMS:
For controling High BP, one must take at least 1 tab every day, and after 6 - 8 years go on increasing the power of the tab. Here high BP is reduced by thinning or changing the characteristics of the blood more and more, to reduce the blood pressure.
* By EMS:
On the otherhand, when Homeo-Ramedy is done, no further medication is needed for 1year to 3 year. The ramedy rimoves the basic constrains, thus the same does not creates other repercations.
